Dave won the 2021 Kings Cup race from Lerwick. Of course that isn’t Dave’s only success with the NRCC in the previous years he has been twice second open from the very same race, first open Young Bird Bewick and first open from Fraserburgh 5,331 birds from 331 miles, but as Dave will openly admit there is nothing like getting your name on the Kings Cup from Lerwick.
